WEST DORSET LEISURE HOLIDAYS: OWNER PORTRAITS

The Brief
To celebrate the perks of holiday home ownership, I created three short documentary-style films featuring real owners across West Dorset Leisure Holidays parks. The goal was to give viewers an authentic, fly-on-the-wall look at what life is really like when you have a permanent base on the Jurassic Coast.

The Goal
Buying a holiday home is a big decision, and people often have plenty of questions before they commit. We wanted to move past the sales pitch and let the owners speak for themselves. By sharing these real-life experiences, we aimed to answer common questions and show the genuine emotional value of having a retreat by the seahelping potential buyers feel confident enough to take the next step.

The Result
Released across social media and targeted email campaigns, these films hit home with the right people. By focusing on authentic stories rather than a hard sell, we saw a significant jump in qualified sales enquiries. The project has not only driven new leads but also strengthened the brands reputation as a trusted, family-run business in a competitive market.
