WEST DORSET LEISURE HOLIDAYS: COMPANION APP
The Brief
Mixing on-location filming with smooth screen animations, this explainer was designed to walk guests through the West Dorset Leisure Holidays app. We wanted to show exactly how the app makes a stay easier, from the first login to the final day of the trip.
The Goal
The app was built to be a guest's best friend on-site, so the video had to do two things:
Make It Simple
Show guests how to use the features so they feel confident downloading it before they even arrive.Add Value
Position the app as an essential part of the holiday experience, giving guests all the guidance and support they need right in their pocket.
The Result
Since launching across their booking emails and social channels, the video has helped drive a huge increase in app downloads. By making the tech feel approachable, we’ve seen guests relying more on the app for their stay, leading to happier holidaymakers and a much smoother check-in process for the WDLH team.
